Ben Boyer is a licensed nurse practitioner who has practicing in Cache Valley for over 15 years in family medicine at the Cache Community Health Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, then went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing degree at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Before completing his nurse practitioner training, Ben worked for years as a registered nurse in a Portland hospital and level 1 trauma center, where he focussed on trauma, orthopedics, and emergency surgery.
Ben brings years of experience and knowledge to our clinic and has built an outstanding reputation in our community. A previous recipient of the Herald Journal’s Readers’ Choice Award for Best Family Doctor (2021), Ben has shown repeatedly that he is well respected by both his patients and his peers.

Ben is very personable and believes cultivating a positive attitude and relationship with his patients can help them maintain motivation to adhere to treatment plans and reach full recovery. He cares for patients one-on-one and adapts care and treatment plans to fit his patients' specific needs.
